*liked more desaturated version, it's the way I originally painted it and it looks way better imo, if a tad darker.

So here's a thing I've been working on for weeks, only because I haven't really dedicated a ton of time all at once to it. It's composed solely for 3 point and 5 point scribbles in photoshop, a sketch (which can be seen here [link] ) and random texture brushes for the background. I'll admit I airbrushed over the door symbol thingy, but the rest is all me, promise! I've never drawn a plasma cutter OR a necromorph, somehow! Weird, huh? What with being the fan girl I am. I've discovered though that plasma sights are the best thing ever.

So it's Ellie, from Dead Space, who's walked off some kind of precipce to swing like a monkey and shoot exploding tentacles. Why? I don't know. Without armor, it's like she can do anything! Even be like Odin what with one eye sometimes, though not here.

I'm a lighting source addict. Send me away to the funny farm! Just let me bring my toothpicks and super glue! (Which reminds me, if you want for some reason to follow my toothpick marker building exploits, please refer to the documentary lunaticstar.tumblr.com, thank you very MUCH!)

Thanks for viewing! I hope to one day create Evil Isaac art. I'm still trying. It's a tough business, Isaac Clarke...

So is that like, a sword made out of light, or more like a laser? I count 5 light sources. :giggle: I'm just jealous though, i have trouble with too many light sources.

It's a plasma cutter, future version, it shoots a plasma line that spans the length of those 3 dots, which are the laser sights. She's not actually firing in this scene, just aiming (for the yellow bulb, actually). Lights are fun. Dead Space is fun with lights, a RIG emits light, and the weapon is always lighted. <3
