DOWNLOAD for .PSD and BLANK Templates

The Aegis7.com forums influenced this! There are threads that have you pick a faction and a RIG number, and I thought it would be so much more fun with some interesting visuals. So here we have a combo Dead Space meme and deviantart ID, forum signature, whathaveyou. Now listen up, for there are some directions on how to use this:

FIRST...think: What faction would you like to be in? An Engineer with the CEC like Isaac? An EarthGov badass like Gabe Weller? Or a Unitology crazy person like every backstabbing bitch ever?

And now, how to create your own Dead Space holo ID Tag.

1. The Photoshop Way:

Included is the .PSD with things you can toggle, fill out, and change. It requires some basic PS knowledge and a few fonts.

- The fonts can be found here: [link] and [link] . THEY ARE NECESSARY AND YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD THEM. Fonts install as per your OS, usually control panel -> Fonts.
- Toggling things means selecting a group's eyeball in the file. Look at the layers and you'll see!
- Toggle groups: Pick CEC, EarthGov or Unitology.
- Toggle background: Pick CEC, EarthGov, or Unitology
- Toggle blood splatter: Oh Dear! A Necromorph has exploded on your ID holotag! D:
- Editable fields: Your information on the right, and your name/handle/RIG on the left.
- Picture: Put it where it says PUT IT HERE. Toggle RIG Transmission static on or off as you please.

2. The Other Way:

I know not everyone has photoshop, so in the .rar I included 3 BLANK templates that you can add text in in your program of choice.

AND LAST...

- What's Authorized Equipment and Notable Achievments? Well, what are your favorite weapons (Yes, curb stomp rage is a weapon) and what are some cool things you've done or trophies you've earned? Is it really all about Peng?
- Don't forget to RESIZE IT! It's at max size, in case you want to print it out for SOME STRANGE REASON!
- Post your ID's here! I'd love to see them.

Questions? Ask away! Suggestions? Lay 'em on! I have not made a Necromorph ID because they are not smart enough to use photoshop or have an organization and stuff, so if your character you want to meme is a Necromorph, put who they were before someone decided to poke a Marker.

Sooo, why does Isaac have a Church of Unitology I.D.? Doesn't he generally -not- like the Unitologists? Like most of the survivers he comes across?

It's not for Isaac, that's just an example, it's for people to create their own ID, with their name and mug, and pick whatever faction suits them best. If you want, you can dl the zip, in which are lots of resources for making your own!

It's a .psd, which can be opened with SAI, Photoshop and GIMP, and all the fields in the psd are editable! If you don't have any of those, lemme know and I can just remove all text and toss that up. (But I'm not home with my files atm, hence the answer!)
